Aaaaagghhh! Too many notes. Expect a solo voice humming very slowly tomorrow. This one has nearly cost me my sanity and still has a way to go. However, I’m proud to say that i hung in there and I think the result is listenable.
I have a fascination with patterns and minimalism, which sometimes – as on this occasion - runs away with me. But then it’s a fascinating journey and sometimes you’ve just got to hang on and see where it takes you. I’ve deliberately used sustain on all the parts to create a bell-like effect, allowing the layers to build into a kind of harmonic soup. Hopefully the soup isn’t too dense and perhaps a little extra seasoning could help but have a taste and see for yourself.
